                                emailed to deans (Monday of 9th week
                                previous quarter through Monday of
                                4th week current quarter, quarterly).

Aug. 2     Registrar    Wtr 11  Make W11 courses available in ESOC.

Aug. 3-4?  ----------   Fal 10  SPOP 5 - Student Parent Orientation 
                                Program.

Aug. 2-27  Deans        Wtr 11  Beginning of Build Phase for 
                                departments. Make changes, deletions, 
                                and additions directly into ESOC. 
                                Departments should enter first 
                                preferences in the Building and Room
                                fields in ESOC.  Schedule classes 
                                on-module in large rooms to maximize
                                use of those rooms.

Aug. 4?    Instructors  Sum 10  Deadline for WebGrades submission,
                                SS I, 5:00 p.m.

Aug. 4?    Registrar    Sum 10  Final grade update for SS I.

Aug. 5?    Students     Sum 10  View SS I grades in StudentAccess,
                                8:00 p.m.

Aug. 6?    Registrar    Sum 10  Official transcripts and student copy
                                transcripts available to SS I students
                                (2 business days after FGU).

Aug. 6?    Registrar    Sum 10  SS I official transcripts held for 
                                final grades mailed (2 business
                                days after FGU).

                                School of Medicine.
